Pros and cons of UNESCO World Heritage app for iPhone and iPad

UNESCO World Heritage app good for

Really love the structure and the detailed information. One suggestion: places I have already visited could appear with a different background colour, so that by going through the different lists I can easily distinguish between them, without specifically clicking on the site! But thanks for the great job so far!
I originally downloaded this app on my first generation iPod Touch. When I upgraded to a fifth generation iPod Touch, the app had some problems. I sent an e-mail to the developer, received an e-mail response and now the app has been fixed and is running just great. Many thanks to the developer for being so responsive. As for the app itself, it is awesome if you travel a lot and want to know about World Heritage sites in places you will be visiting. I also keep track of all the sites I have visited which is a great way to jog my memory after the trip is over. Love the pictures, descriptions, everything. Well done.
I like it. But it would be great to see more pictures of the heritage sites! :)
The app is fantastic... Just a suggestion. It would be great if there was the world or country map with the pins of each site, similar to the online map present in the Unesco site. This feature will give the possibility to the users that are visiting a city to know if there are other sites near by. Thanks, Regards.
I have enjoyed using this app for the last several years. It is easy to use and has some good information about each site. Would be great to see the latest sites added sooner than a year after their inscription though! And would be great (but I suspect too complicated?) to have better location information as several sites I have been to have been very hard to find. Hours of opening and other logistical information would also be fantastic but I again suspect almost impossible to do. Thanks for the great resource! Will up review to five stars when 2015 sites have been added.
Great app! Use it all the time for quick info and sites that are near me. However, they need to update the 2015 sites. Hopefully, when the 2016 sites get announced they can add al of them. The best World Heritage app out there! Highly recommend!

Some bad moments

You updated the app today for crashes but not for the sites added in 2015 and 2016. Why is this???
Great app for discovering new beautiful places to travel to or just for browsing some amazing sites. Not sure why Vatican City is listed under "Holy See" and a few sites are missing images but otherwise a very nice app.
I love this app, because we are able to find the UNESCO as we travel. we also use the site to mark off the ones we have seen and still need to see. we have found sites we never knew existed in the area. However, the app needs the following: 1. Interactive map to find sites as you drive. Like Yelp or any other restaurant guide. Make it a little more practical to use as a tool to find and enjoy the sites. 2. More information on the sites. Yes the main website has more, but you dont always have access to the web if you are traveling. My SIM card would cost a fortune to use Internationally. Often guide books have nothing on smaller UNESCO sites. Thanks, this app is great! We have been to more than 30 sites and will continue to explore the rest!
Very disappointed that the date will only allow you to mark TODAY! Just downloaded the app and have been to many of the sites, but when I try to change the date to when I was there, it keeps returning to todays date.
Not the best UN app Ive used, it should be much better for the money you pay for. I got it for free, so its okay.
Seems like this was designed many years ago, in the infancy of mobile interaction design. Doesnt give me a sense of the importance of the world heritage site program, nor the engagement necessary to keep these sites in the public consciousness. Hope another publisher takes this on, because this app not only misses the mark, but misunderstands user expectations and goals of the WHS program.
